It took me about a year to decide on what exactly to write in our shop's "About" section. And not because I'm too shy, I just wasn't sure what you would like to know about us. Scrolling through our shop pages ( thank you so much for doing that ), you are probably wondering why you should choose us to make the signs for your home or business; the decorations that will warm-up your life and house; the gifts for the people you love and care about.
Here are some possible answers: ***Because our products are unique - we DO NOT just customize some cheap mass-produced items. Our products are designed and handmade by the two of us in our studio. ***Because we use real hard wood - we select, cut and process each piece of wood with exceptional care and love. ***Because we strive to create quality artwork - if we are not satisfied with the look of the product, we will redo it without any doubt. ***Because we do not charge extra for rush orders. US customers, we do not consider your order as a rush order, if you have 8 or more days ( or 10+ days for address signs ) to the date you will need the product. If you have 8+ days in advance, you can simply place your order without messaging us, and please leave as a note including the event date at checkout. If you live outside the USA, or if you have shorter time to the event, please message us, before placing the order to check our current processing time and faster shipping options. ***Because we will replace your item, if it is damaged or destroyed during transportation. In this case, please contact us ASAP with pictures of the damaged product and the package as proof. ***Because we love custom orders. We'd love to hear your ideas. Some of our best products are born as a result of collective work with customers. ***Because the outstanding customer service is our priority #1.
